The Princess's 21st X stylexstyle shoot BTS X Salon Vim X Glitzy Fingers X Adverts- Texas Red, Unlabelled, Vogue Avenue

Wow. The title for this post's such a mouthful.
I've been so busy with internship that I've kinda lost track of time. It's been more than 2 weeks since I last blogged and I'm honestly not happy about it at all. There are so many things that I wanna say but there's always a time for it so we shall wait.

My life isn't that exciting at the moment. I just don't have time for almost anything. Not even to rest. I'm so exhausted that I can fall asleep at almost anywhere. Even at Ashleigh's 21st birthday party!:( I wasn't only super late for it, I was asleep almost the entire time!! Poor Ashleigh, I'm so sorry :( Fai said that I slept so soundly I didn't even know someone had accidentally hit me. Hahaha

Anyway, I'm going to keep this post as short and sweet as possible so that I get a little more rest tonight. I have to be at Sentosa tomorrow morning at 10.30am for work!:( I hope the event ends early so that I can spend the rest of the day lying on the beach doing nothing or sleeping. hehehe

Back to what I was talking about- The Princess's 21st Birthday.
I've only been to two of Ash's birthday parties and I can safely say that I love her parties because she'd always make sure that everyone's appropriately dressed. By which I mean shirt and tie for the guys, and pretty dresses for the girls. I share a similar liking for the dress code because it's that one night where everyone's forced to look like they're a part of Justin Timberlake's music video. hehehe

Ash and I have only been friends for a year plus? We met while we were both still working at A&F. What I really like about her is how she's real, super down to earth and she always have a way to make me laugh. I guess we've already been through some up and downs along the way but I'm glad that we've made it through. Also, I'm super proud of how much she has changed and grown into a lady (or a princess) over the past one year. Cheers to everlasting friendship! hehehe
A happy girl is a pretty girl indeed!
I love you bbgirl. Looking forward to our special date ;)

styleXstyle shoot BTS

It's always a lot of fun being a part of a shoot that's different from what I usually do. You see, at a blogshop shoot, the main objective is just to take pretty pictures of the apparels/products while racing against time. I'm not saying that I hate it, cause if I do, I wouldn't still be doing it would I? I love blogshop shoots because the poses are always systematic and it makes me feel really comfortable and confident. However, it doesn't allow me to experiment and improve on my poses. Therefore, whenever an opportunity to shoot for something different arises, I'd definitely jump on it!

Thank you Sharon for inviting Mae, Val and I to be a part of styleXstyle's very own eshop! http://shop.stylexstyle.com/ I had a lot of fun during the shoot simply because I was surrounded by a team of really nice and inspiring people. It's always super awesome to work with such a supportive team/crew. Check out styleXstyle eshop and discover looks that have already been put together for you. Once again, thank you styleXstyle for the feature and I hope to work with you guys again soon!^^

(I know this post sounds like it was done in a rush. But that's right!!! I honestly don't have enough time but I hate to leave my blog stagnant so I'm trying my best to update it as and when I can. I'm sorry and I hope you guys understand. I'm trying...)

Let's get the pictures to do the talking ;)
hehehe. No, I'm not shy (in other words, paiseh) to say that I am proud of us. Go #TeamGushcloud!
Some behind the scenes pictures. Jouir!:)
Surprisingly, I wasn't nervous for the shoot at all. Maybe because I've been in such situations quite a few times in my life already, hence I'd came pretty prepared? Also, it's most probably because Sharon was such a sweetheart. She was so supportive and encouraging that I didn't feel nervous. Instead, I was filled with enthusiasm and I couldn't wait to #werkit. hehehe
I love how their stylists put things together! So fresh and unique.
With the gorgeous mastermind behind styleXstyle and my fellow blogging mates <3
With the team behind styleXstyle. You can already tell how nice they are from this picture right? >.<

Lately, I've only gotten about 3 days off from internship and I'd spent the last 2 days pampering myself. (Well, not really because I still did a few shoots before the "pampering" sessions) I got my hair done yesterday at Salon Vim. This time I took out the green and replaced them with slightly ashy-lilac-blonde streaks that's rather ombre looking-ish? I wanted something much more extreme but Sham didn't go for it because he knows that it isn't good for my hair. I trust him with my mane and if he says no, it's a no. But I'll try to convince next time to give me what I want. hehehe.

So here's my new color!!! I took out the green simply because too many people are doing it and I just really want to be special *cries*.. I know I sound like some selfish child but seriously, I want special hair. SPECIAL!!!! Okay, I'm just super tired now and I'm talking rubbish.

Well, as always, I would leave my hair in Sham's hands and he'd never fails to do magic! I've never been a fan of ombre hair but I LOVE what he did to mine. He's such a talent. I can't wait to see how it fades ;) And I definitely can't wait for my next visit. (I do miss my turquoise/green hair though)

Next, I'd spent another off day getting my nails done!!! After what's been forever, I decided to pluck up my courage and do Gelish again. This time at Glitzy Fingers! They may sound familiar and that's because they're actually Rachel's nail sponsor! I've always admired her nails and I was super happy when she introduced me to Belle from Glitzy Fingers. Belle was super professional, and she's so genuine and down to earth! Plus, she did my nails in just an hour which is really fast and perfect for me since I don't have much time to spare.

I went for a pretty straight forward design with all my current favourite hues- Black, White and Gold. Look carefully and you'll see a tiny seashell. So kawaii eh?! Overall, I am really pleased with Glitzy Fingers and I am impressed with Belle's professionalism. If you're thinking of getting your nails done, Glitzy Fingers's a place that you should seriously look into ;)
With Mother's Day just around the corner, bring your mom along and she'll be entitled to 50% off Gel Mani from 1st to 11th May!! SUPER WORTH IT! And it's such a great way to spend some quality time with mommy eh?

Glitzy Fingers is located at People's Park Centre (Chinatown) #03-58. It's directly opposite the third floor escalator. Call them at 8100 7353 to book an appointment! If you have an queries about the pricing, do feel free to contact them as prices vary for different designs.

I'm still working on 2 posts that I think you'll like a lot. But I just need time :( Sighhhh... we shall see how things go over the next few days. AND.... Anyone going for Disclosure? hehehe. That's something I'm desperately looking forward to ;)

Right, that's it folks. Thank you for reading:) Countdown to 11th July for me please?

xoxo,
Eunice Annabel

Advertorials

1) Texas Red
Texas Red is an online store based in Singapore which specialises in fashion for girls with wild hearts! I've always been impressed with them since the day I set eyes on them. What's there not to like about Texas Red? I find it hard to pick just one favourite item cause everything just looks so darn good on their site! They ship worldwide so everyone can get your hands on their goodies no matter where you're situated at ;)

Without further ado, here are my picks!
Serenity Midi Skirt in Wine
I did a short feature of this skirt on my Instagram a few days back and received a lot of compliments about it. Everyone was asking where it's from and finally, I'm revealing the secret! It's from Texas Red! Sure there are tons of midi skirts available in the market but none like this one. It has such an awesome quality that it looks as though it was taken straight off a rack at TopShop or something. Highly recommend this piece if you're a midi lover like me!^^

High Hopes Slit Dress
Yeah, yeah, yeah... I'm not afraid to say that I LOVE sexy dresses okay? I love cut outs, low backs, high slits. I think they're all so damn interesting and I actually like how I DARE to wear them all. hehe. Adding this new baby into my collection of fabulous party dresses. This high slit dress is super comfy and gives an illusion of longer legs. YUMS!

2) Unlabelled
Working with really established shops makes me super excited all the time! Unlabelled isn't just your typical blogshop. They're a fashion boutique that specialises in edgy, yet sophisticated and trendy apparels that almost anyone can wear. You can also find them physically at 42 Haji Lane, Level 2. When I was approached by them to get this ad done, I was so spoilt for choice. I wanted almost everything on their site because everything's either really unique or super versatile. Here are my picks^^

Caged Dress
Another sexy dress in my bag. hehe. I love how modest-looking this dress is from the front while it shocks people with it's intricate details at the back. This is a stunning yet comfortable dress that would be perfect for (obviously) a party or a sexy dinner date ;) Now here's what you call an update on a Little Black Dress.

Asymmetrical Wrap Skirt in Black
Ooooo-whooo!! I finally own my very own pair of asymmetrical skirt and I am lovin' it to bits. This is such a perfect twist to a classy midi/maxi skirt. I love how it makes everything and anything look good. It's easy to wear and without a doubt, is super comfy too. Not just that, it's of really excellent quality. I am impressed and you can be sure that I'll be wearing this pretty often. hehe

I'd also picked their silver clutch which I've featured on my IG!:)
So much monochrome loving going on here.

Well, Vogue Avenue has it all! This time, allow me to introduce you to 2 stunning dresses that I am sure you'll be dying to lay your hands on. Here are my picks!;)

Gerine Lattice Midi
I wore this beautiful and stunning dress to the Dr.Beats Solo HD headphones launch event a few weeks back. It's such a sophisticated, yet sexy and stunning dress that possibly steals all the limelight. hehehe. A midi dress like that says "Pay attention to me!" and that's exactly what you'll need if you're going on a date with someone special.

Garden Corset Dress
Hello beautiful dress. I've been pretty into monochrome lately but this dress is an exception. First of all, the colour is STUNNING. I love this shade of blue hence, I must get this dress. Secondly, the flowers on it contrast super nicely with it. And lastly, it comes with a sexy corset detail, what's there not to like about it? Such a perfect dress for a summer vacation!
